Changes at ODE Regarding License Renewal

Please be sure to renew your license ASAP.  The Ohio Department of Education and the Bureau of Criminal Investigations are going to get bogged down this summer as new rules regarding background checks have been implemented.  If you wait, you risk not having a job.  The BOE has stated that you must meet all state requirements prior to the start of the school year.  If you are not sure what the new requirements are, contact the LPDC committee right away.  DON’T DELAY, RENEW TODAY!!!!
