Important:
It is the
responsibility of each staff member to notify the Board office
of increased hours of class work. The BEA is only
responsible for reimbursing you for the cost of those classes.
It is your responsibility to notify the central office of your
new number of hours for salary schedule advancement. You
may do this by simply sending them a new transcript, or grade
card once you have completed your coursework. If you fail
to do this in a timely manner the board treasurer may not
advance you on the pay scale.
